3. Online Courses and Digital Content
When purchasing online courses or digital educational materials:
Access: Upon successful payment, the User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content via our platform (hosted by GoHighLevel/GoPlus).
Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, and documents are the intellectual property of Executive Services Center Kft. Copying, sharing, or reselling these materials is strictly prohibited.
Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to EU consumer protection laws, the User acknowledges that by starting the download or streaming of digital content, they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the service has commenced with their prior express consent.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices for standard products (e.g., courses) are listed on the website. For bespoke security services, a formal quote will be provided.
Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateways.
In case of on-site services, additional expenses (travel, accommodation, third-party vetting fees) will be invoiced as per the specific service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
While we apply the highest level of professional foresight and risk mitigation strategies, security services involve inherent external risks. The Company cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of all criminal or accidental acts by third parties but warrants that all services are performed with the due diligence expected of a senior security professional.
We are not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client or for interruptions caused by technical issues on third-party platforms (GoHighLevel/GoPlus).
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Strict Discretion: We treat all client information, itineraries, and security protocols as strictly confidential.
